Once we've completed your checklist, we're ready to transfer this information to our architect for the final architectural drawings to be drafted.
Make your loan application
NDI Homes of Maryland can direct you to a NDI Homes of Maryland preferred lender that is experienced and interested in this type of loan.
Have an engineer do your site plan
We're happy to help guide you in the right direction. We have a list of certified engineers that we can provide to you. These are engineers that have performed well for our previous customers.
