NDI Homes of Maryland was established to have a more "hands on" management and development approach in the Maryland market. The principals of NDI Homes of Maryland have successfully participated in several joint ventures in Maryland with New Dimensions, Inc. (NDI of Virginia) over the past 12 years. They combine over thirty years of home building and financing experience. In addition, the managing partner is a former construction manager for New Dimensions, Inc. of Virginia. This previous experience has provided him with valuable experience in both building and selling the product.
